Note: these commands can not be applied to
a cross frame STICKY. The DRAGGABLE command is disabled if
the popup and coolTip code
are in different frames or windows. The MOUSEOFF and NOCLOSE commands can still be used
but any other mouseover event will be disabled by the method
used here for determining which layer will be dragged. If
that should happen on your web page, check to see if this
is a possibility. If you drag too quickly, the cursor may move off of the drag object. If this occurs, just repostion you cursor over the drag object and beging the drag action again but this time a little more slowly. This occurs because the code is checking the position of the cursor relative to the drag object and this action can not be done fast enough if you move the cursor too fast.
The drag region varies depending on which parameters are used in the call. If DRAGCAP is specified, then the caption area (including any included images in that region) is the drag region, while if DRAGIMG is specified, that image is the drag region whether it is in the caption region or the body region. If neither of these parameters are specified, then the whole popup becomes the drag region.
NOTE: If either DRAGCAP or DRAGIMG are specified, then DRAGGABLE is set to on and DRAGKEY is set to the null string ('') so that the popup can be dragged by just selecting the appropriate region and depressing the mousedown button. |
